The Sr. Solutions Architect -Security is client facing, pre-sales technologist that works with designated accounts and acts as a value-added technical advocate for In Balance IT Solutions clients. A Sr. Solutions Architect is responsible for understanding clients’ business requirements as they pertain to Security solutions, qualifying opportunities and creating designs that match the requirements with appropriate products, managed and professional services.
This role builds the required presales collateral to represent the solution including, but not limited to HLDs (High Level Design), BOMs (Bill of Materials), Product Quotes (with pricing), LOEs (Level of Efforts), Client Proposals and SOWs (Statement of Work). This role entails the following responsibilities; collaborating with other Line of Business (LOB) experts as required to address client needs, presenting the proposed solution to the client, ensuring the sale is made and overseeing the delivery of these solutions all while maximizing profit to In Balance IT Solutions. Lastly, the Sr. Solutions Architect role requires that the person builds and maintains a healthy relationship with key business partners (OEMs, subcontractors, service providers) in the assigned regions they support.
The Sr. Solutions Architect – Security has deep subject matter expertise of solutions in the Security LOB. Is an expert in the “Art of the Deal” for the Security LOB, sequencing activities, and deliverables to the client to value, sell, earn trust and enhance margin. Has a generalized understanding of technology solutions in adjacent LOBs. Is considered a thought leader and develops IP & collateral for the Security LOB. Sells and positions implementation and advisory services primarily in their assigned LOB, but also understands and advises clients on where other strategic and advisory services fit their needs.

To continue our growth and maintain our high standards of consultative solution design and delivery, we are seeking an experienced enterprise architecture leader to join our Solution Architecture team in our Nashville, TN office.
The Enterprise Architect role offers an opportunity to work onsite at our Nashville, TN office, with occasional travel to our offices in Indiana and Illinois.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will increase In Balance IT Solutions’ revenue and market presence in Nashville, TN through effective selling into past, current and targeted customers. You will achieve growth objectives through prospecting, lead response and relationship building. You will evaluate customers’ needs and develop sales solutions from concept to implementation.
• Achieve growth objectives through prospecting, lead response, and relationship building with Mid-Tier and Fortune 1000 companies
• Qualify business opportunities by identifying scope of projects and initiatives, decision makers, stakeholders, and overall scope of opportunity
• Develop new account relationships
• Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory
• Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of In Balance IT Solutions core competencies
• Establish and maintain manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint sales opportunities
• Develop and implement a quarterly account marketing plan
• Provide monthly forecast and quarterly reviews for assigned territory
• 30% business travel is required
Internal Control responsibilities vary by role and are subject to change. Please discuss your individual internal control responsibilities with your immediate supervisor on a regular basis.
• Proven success selling to Managed Accounts at the CXO and VP level
• BA/BS in Business, Management, Computer Science or Engineering fields preferred
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience includes selling technology solutions including Data Center, Cloud, Security, software, etc.
• VAR commercial sales experience preferred.
The base salary range for this position will vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including commissions and discretionary bonuses, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
